Need help with your energy bills?

Our Powergrid care team are here to help.

Contact us on 0370 145 1450 for help with comparing energy deals and switching suppliers, advice about government grants, assistance with making complaints to energy suppliers and the energy ombudsman.

Help is also available during our drop in sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10am – 3pm and Thursdays 10am – 5pm.
