Advice Service Manager

Lesley Childs is our Advice Service Manager, and she has been with the bureau since 2000.

Peter Wilson

Advice Service Manager

Peter Wilson is an Advice Service Manager, and he has been with the service since 2011.

Kiran Narang-Singh

Home Digital adviser

Kiran works from home advising people digitally.

Ellie Muddiman

Adviser and Training Support Officer

Ellie has been with the organisation since 2023 and is a fully qualified adviser providing advice in some of our outreach offices, Ellie also provides training support to our staff and volunteers.

Sylvia Campbell

Family Welfare Adviser

Sylvia is our Family Welfare Adviser and she attends outreach sessions at AFC - Benwell and Walker Foodbank

Gayle Purves

Welfare Adviser

Gayle has been with the organisation a number of years. She came to volunteer with us over 7 years ago and became a paid staff member working first as a financial capability adviser and now as a Welfare Adviser on our Reducing Child Poverty Project.

Hannah Cooper

Research and Campaigns Manager

Hannah works in partnership with other local Citizens Advice Offices, Universities, Government Departments, local MPs and local authorities, to improve social policies and welfare support for our clients

Lynne Hunter

Energy Team Manager

Lynne has been with the organisation for a number of years starting as a Home energy Adviser and then moving on to being the energy Team Manager

Claire Iredale

Head of Customer Services

Claire Iredale heads up our Customer Services, and she has been with the charity since 1992.

Linda Mael

Senior Customer Service Adviser

Linda helps to manage our customer services functions. She has been with the service for over 17 years.

Susan Wakenshaw

Customer Service Adviser

Susan assists with the smooth running of all our advice sessions and client casework support

Kenny Harrison

Adviser

Kenny has been with the organisation since 2023 and is a fully qualified adviser also providing energy advice.

Claire Mulgrove

Home Energy Adviser

Claire is completing her apprenticeship with us, specialising in customer services for people with home energy problems.

Fergus Rosebrough

Adviser

Fergus is our newest member of staff joining us in 2024 and is currently progressing through our adviser training.

Kyle Seymour

Adviser

Kyle has been with the organisation since 2023 and is a fully qualified adviser also providing energy advice. Kyle was a volunteer with us for a number of years prior to him gaining employment.

Home Energy and Benefits Adviser

Denise is our Home Energy Advisor with a particular interest in helping people with health problems

Larissa Whitfield

Home energy Adviser

Larissa has been with the organisation for a number of years she started with us a debt and money adviser and has now moved over to energy advice.

Lauren Mills

Debt Project Manager

Lauren started with the organisation in May 2022 and supervises the quality of advice in our debt and money advice team

Georgia joined the organisation in 2022 and is a fully qualified debt adviser providing debt and money advice.
