Don't be bitten by a loan shark
Loan sharks are illegal money lenders who operate in local neighbourhoods. They offer cash, usually on the doorstep, and then demand it all back, at extortionate interest rates.
All loan sharks are criminals, very often part of organised crime. If you have been bitten by one, or know someone who has, confidential help is freely available.
