About Volunteering

To help us to continue to deliver the service we are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers. Volunteering with a CAB is a great way to pick up skills, make friends and feel part of an enthusiastic team. And it’s not just worthwhile; volunteering can also be fantastic fun and hugely rewarding.

There are many ways to get involved; you could train to be an Adviser, Gateway or Telephone Assessor, or become a Trustee. You can help us make a real difference to people in your community.

If you want to know more, please email claire@newcastlecab.org.uk. We will be happy to answer any questions, and may be able to arrange an informal visit to the bureau for a chat and to tell you more about volunteering opportunities available.

CAB is committed to equal opportunities for everyone. We actively welcome volunteers of all ages from a wide range of different backgrounds.
