While our charity can help out with free advice, there are lots of other agencies who can help you when you are struggling to cope with depression and anxiety.

A new charity, Andy's Man Club,  runs informal peer group chats every week for men in Newcastle.  You don't have to be suicidal or have a mental health problem - they just want to get men talking:
