Corona Virus Update

We have taken the difficult decision to make considerable adaptations to our service. Our face-to-face drop-in sessions at the City Library will be closed from 3pm today (18th March). We will continue with telephone, email and webchat. See information below about how to contact us.

We will maintain all our other advice services, apart from face-to-face in response to the Corona Virus situation as volunteer numbers have reduced substantially over the last week,  and some staff are now self-isolating.  The City Library is also now closed to the public.
